The buyer is responsible for returning the goods unused, and is liable for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We are unable to accept returns where the goods purchased have been made to order and/or have been personalised.
If the goods have been damaged in transit inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we will refund the item including post and packaging charges. Please keep the goods and packaging as we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we may ask for it to be returned to us.

- Design errors introduced by the customer
- Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors not highlighted by the customer on receipt of the printing proof
